  • Any stated timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver the Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information, content, and access when requested.

  • Respond within a reasonable time to questions and approvals.
    Delays caused by missing information or late responses may extend delivery timelines.

5. Revisions and Scope

  • The Services include only what is stated in the package description on our website at the time of purchase.

  • Requests outside the package scope may require an additional fee and/or a new timeline.

6. Digital Services and Refund Policy
Because we deliver digital services and begin work after purchase:

  • Refunds are generally not available once work has started.

  • If you request cancellation before work starts, we may refund you minus payment processing fees.

  • If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed to the original payment method.
